The Rome Floyd Chamber Launches a New Community Survey

The Rome Floyd Chamber is excited to announce the launch of a new Community Survey, inviting residents to share their opinions on the Rome-Floyd community, economy, and vision for the future. This survey aims to help the Chamber and its partners identify regional strengths, weaknesses and to craft a unified strategy for 2025 and beyond.

The survey is open to all community members including students. The survey will also survey the needs of businesses to help address their issues and help to ensure they thrive in the future. The Chamber encourages the entire community to take the time to complete the survey and make sure their voice is heard.

“The Rome Floyd Chamber has never had a full community survey to truly understand what the members of our community want, needs and love,” said Pam Powers-Smith, president of the Rome Floyd Chamber. “We need everyone to take 5–10 minutes to complete the survey so we can ensure that Rome and Floyd County prosper even further in the future, and the people who call it home continue to be proud of their community.”

All responses are completely anonymous, but respondents are given the option at the end of the survey to share their email address, and they will be included in a raffle for the chance to win one out of 10 possible gifts. There will be five Visa gift cards for $100 each and five Commerce Cards for $50. All community members including students are encouraged to take the survey.

The deadline to participate is Friday, February 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
