• Coordinator, Activity Resources - Teams

    Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Activity Resources - Teams will support WinShape Teams programs and staff by conducting research and development of program activities, leading maintenance of physical equipment and electronic resources, and leading training on activities and resources. 

    Reports to: Team Leader, Facilitation - Teams 


    • Coordinates with key stakeholders in developing new WinShape Teams scenarios, challenges, and other activities
    • Prioritizes and plans routine maintenance of challenge course elements, program equipment and equipment storage areas
    • Schedules and coordinates with vendors for periodic inspections of WinShape Teams' challenge course elements and equipment
    • Plans and leads trainings on activities and use of activity resources to increase staff proficiency
    • Oversees activity resource procurement by managing inventory and purchasing supplies
    • Manages relationships with key stakeholders within WinShape Foundation and vendors - coordinates activity development priorities, trainings, maintenance timelines, status updates, challenge course building projects, etc. 
    • Maintains activity resource documents (e.g. activity write-ups, local operating procedures, program policies and procedures)


    • Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education, Psychology, Adult Learning or equivalent work experience
    • Requires minimum of 2 years of related work experience
    • Demonstrated a high level of professionalism working among adult audiences in current/prior jobs held
    • Proven leadership and ability to manage people, processes, and resources
    • Capable of obtaining ACCT Level II Challenge Course Practitioner certificate within 1 year of hire
    • Adaptable to new challenges and change and able to work well individually and in a team environment
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Google Workspace
    • Able to work week days and some weekends as needed to support training new staff and activity and resource development
    • Able to work at height, lift and move 50 lbs. and be capable of moderate activity for extended periods of time

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Direct experience managing others
    • Obtained ACCT Level II Challenge Course Certification
    • Proficient in project management software - Asana 

    FLSA Status: Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt
