    SUMMARY: Responsible for the scheduling, quality, continuous improvement, PM management, training, safety and
    housekeeping for production technicians.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and
    other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
    ? Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications.
    ? Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
    ? Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology.
    This includes applying principles, techniques, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and
    Motivating, developing, and directing associates as they work, identifying

    the best associates for the job.

    Excellent Communication Skills
    Active participation in daily and weekly production and management meeting. PLC and PLC Peripheral
    Programming and wiring.
    ? Robotic programming and troubleshooting electrically and mechanically.
    ? Customizing/programming parameters for various robotic mig welding conditions as per customer’s specifications.
    ? Customizing/programming parameters for various robotic and stationary resistance welding conditions and use of
    proper tip dressing procedures to meet the weld quality expectations of the customer.
    ? Set-up and troubleshooting of busing press machines.
    ? Electrical wiring design and troubleshooting of DC PNP and NPN electrical systems.
    ? Design, repair, set up and troubleshooting of various sensing equipment.
    ? Jig repair and modification.
    nalyzing Data or Information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by

    breaking down information or data into separate parts.
    ? Making Decisions and Solving Problems – Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best
    solution and solve problems.

    ? IATF16949 experience preferred

    ? Lean Manufacturing/JIT Environment Experience
    ? Automotive Industry Experience Preferred
    ? 3-5 Years of Management/Supervisory Experience in related field
