    Job Description
    Primary Role in the Organization:
    Work in the organization to support QMS documentation for associates in all departments and areas.
    Reports To: 
    Manager, Quality Management System
    1. Create documents for TWI, QCCP, etc.
    2. Quality management system databases data documentation accurately
    3. Assist and facilitate training programs including teaching classes
    4. Facilitate new hire orientation
    5. Support and assist with 6S activities
    6. Support departmental objectives, work instructions
    7. Support ISO14001
    8. Perform ISO9001 Internal Audits
    9. Support Quality Management System Activities
    10.  Other duties as assigned.
    A.  Experience
    1. 3 years experience in Quality with an emphasis in training and development
    2. Previous computer experience with Microsoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint with some working knowledge of database type program
    A.  Physical Demands
    1. Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
    2. Must meet the department work schedules and be flexible with hours if required.
    3. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
    4. Occasional bending and reaching overhead.
    1. Equipment Usage
      1. Office equipment (ie:, copier, printers, etc)

    1. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    2. Strong analytical skills coupled with outstanding problem-solving ability are greatly desired.
    3. Adaptability to changing and growing job requirements would be very beneficial.
    4. Ability to handle multiple projects / tasks in a timely manner.
    5. Ability to work flexible hours when required.
    6. Work accuracy is a must.
