    Northwest Georgia Housing Authority, a leader in quality housing, is currently accepting applications for the position of:

    This is a full-time position, requiring strong organizational skills and computer skills. This employee will assist by coordinating the processes of completing, screening applications for occupancy and determining eligibility for the Housing Choice Voucher program. Duties require a thorough knowledge of relevant HUD regulations.

    The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a two-year or four-year degree from an accredited college. In addition, the candidate must have some experience and/or knowledge of Project Based and/or Tenant Based Section 8.
