We are currently looking for a Project Manager to help us in our market penetration tactics and strategies.  In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and research skills.  We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands competitor and customer needs.  If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you.  Ultimately, you will ensure our dealers are happy and search for ways to grow our sales


    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s product base and ensure its strong presence
    • Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
    • Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
    • Defining product marketing communication objectives
    • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
    • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
    • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
    • Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
    • Assisting dealer inventory ordering and forecasting
    • Analyzing both periodic wholesale and retail sales data to create the most efficient sales data
    • Meeting with dealers to address concerns and provide solutions
    • Meeting with Territory Sales managers to address concerns and provide solutions
    • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
    • Assisting in managing, implementing, and administering farm/dealer shows and sales department meetings
    • Knowledge and experience in the compact tractor business is a must
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager
    • Proven track record as an analyst in the Industry
    • Proficient in MS Excel and Word is a must
    • Strong ERP system experience, preferably in SAP
    • Excellent communication skills
    • BSs/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field is a must
    • Competitive wages: in range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
