1. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional activities.
2. Coordinate and assign marketing action plans for team members.
3. Develop social media strategies; monitor and contribute to external social media sites and outlets including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Evaluate marketing efforts for effectiveness including experience with Google Analytic·
5. Create, maintain, and update company websites/product literatures/ product video with the features.
6. Create and execute all brand email campaigns/magazine ads/TV commercial ads.
7. Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.
8. Manages client survey and testimonial process.
9. Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
10. Manage tactical spend according to the marketing budget
11. Plan, coordinate and attend National dealer meeting/relevant trade shows.
12. Oversee product research of product competition and pricing
13. Review and select vendors for advertising and production of promotional materials.
14. Support the dealers for the marketing and receive the phone calls from the dealera.
15. Prepares periodic marketing reports as necessary to illustrate marketing program progress
16. Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
17. Train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales

1. 10 years previous related marketing experience required
2. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently
4. Ability to do some light travel (domestic and international destinations) & ability to attend trade shows
5. Strategic thinker
6. Able to analyze data and prepare reports
7. Strong functional knowledge in social media
8. Excellent Digital Marketing Skills to include Social Media, E-mail Marketing, Blog content, website updates, and video creation
9. SEO best practices including rich titles, keyword analysis, link building, social media
