Property Manager – Tax Credit
This is a full-time position. The Property Manager is the primary representative of management to the residents and the public. This employee has the direct responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned project. The Property Manager is the management vehicle for implementing all the policies and procedures established by Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA). This position requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, oral and written communication skills. The position also requires walking and physical skills in inspecting units.
The successful candidate must have a four-year degree from an accredited college. In addition, courses or experience related to dealing with the public or some equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The candidate must be willing to obtain a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Certification within twenty-four months of employment.
