    Northwest Georgia Housing Authority, a leader in quality housing, is currently accepting applications for the position of:
     
    Property Manager
     

    This is a full-time position, is under the Direction of the Director of Housing. The Property Manager is the primary representative of management to the residents and the public. This employee has the direct responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the assigned development.  The Property Manager is the management vehicle for implementing all of the policies and procedures established by Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA). This position requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, oral and written communication skills.  The position also requires walking and physical skills in inspecting units. 
     
    The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED. A college degree from an accredited college is preferred.  A candidate who possesses some experience and/or knowledge of affordable housing property management, is a plus. The candidate must be willing to obtain a Public Housing Management Certification within twelve (12) months of employment.
