(Three Rivers Home Supports & Services)
This is a full-time position, requiring the interpersonal and management skills necessary for the planning, development, coordination and compliance with laws and regulations of a private home care program in the State of Georgia. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Program Administrator organizes, administers, and operates Three Rivers Supports and Service (TRHSS) programs and policies adopted by the Board of Directors. Employing all professional and administrative staff, the Program Administrator will develop and implement corresponding personnel policies and procedures. The Program Administrator will continually direct community relations for the agency and serve as a representative and spokesperson for Three Rivers Home Supports & Services on civic and professional boards.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Human Services, Business Administration, Social Services, or related area of study with a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience. Previous private care home administrator experience, or equivalent administrative and management work experience required. Must have experience in Medicaid waivers and possess the ability to manage a high workload, multitask projects, and competing priorities, with strong attention to details, excellent organizational and management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Salary commensurate with experience.
