Assistant Property Manager
This is a full-time position. The Assistant Property Manager, under the supervision of the Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This employee, along with the Property Manager, is responsible for marketing and maintaining the property.
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED. In addition, any experience and/or knowledge of affordable housing or LIHTC is a plus. The candidate must be willing to obtain a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Certification.
