    Job Description
    Northwest Georgia Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging is seeking a qualified candidate for the Area Agency on Aging Transition Coordinator Assistant.

    This position is responsible for supporting the Transition Coordinator by coordinating and overseeing all aspects of data management for the Money Follows the Person (MFP) and Nursing Home Transition (NHT) Program.

    An Associate's Degree or 3 years related experience in finance or data management required, with experience in social services preferred.
