JOB POSITION:  COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PORTER - 2 positions available
MISSION:  To Maintain Assigned Centers in Clean and Safe Condition

Job Responsibilities:
-Identify and report deficiencies or items requiring maintenance or safety correction issues to management.
-Litter pick the grounds and sidewalks
-Wipe window sills for dust
-Empty sidewalk trash container bags 
-Clean tops of sidewalk trash containers to remove debris
-Remove cob webs and wasp nets from under canopies
-Clean spills on the sidewalks, especially around sidewalk trash containers
-Empty cigerette urns and replace with sand as needed

Positions require travel to Ellijay, Dalton and Cartersville.
Company vehicle and fuel provided.
