    Job Description
    Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director, Enrollment Services.  The Director, Enrollment Services, will be responsible for developing and implementing projects related to improving retention and increasing applicant pools.  This position oversees services including career advisement/exploration, admissions testing, and career services.  The Director, Enrollment Services, will review data to recognize enrollment trends and to develop strategies that meet the college’s enrollment goals.  This position will require interaction with college departments and community organizations and businesses.  Occasional travel to other campuses may be required.  
    Required Qualifications:  The applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and have experience working with college enrollment management. The applicant must have knowledge of admissions testing software including Accuplacer and experience with student career exploration and guidance tools.  Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, technology skills, and decision-making skills. 
    Preferred Qualifications:  A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a supporting discipline or a related field and at least five years of work experience in an adult education environment.  Experience working within a multi-campus operation.  Possess research and analytical skills, problem solving skills, prioritizing skills and data entry skills.
