    Job Description
    Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Adult Education Student Services Receptionist.  This part-time 10 hour per week position is located at the Floyd Campus in Rome.  The successful candidate will:
     
    Serve as an initial customer service representative for the Adult Education Department receiving visitors, answering telephone calls, and providing appropriate information and assistance to instructors, staff, students, and visitors. Conduct outbound call and email campaigns in support of recruitment and retention efforts. Serve as a proctor for computerized testing. Limited travel to the other locations may be required. 
     
    Required Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED credential.  Excellent organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. 
     
    Preferred Qualifications:  Work experience in a related field.
     
    Salary and Hours:  $12.00 per hour, 10 hours per week.  Flexible scheduling is required between the hours of 10 am – 3 pm, Monday – Thursday. Hours may be modified as needed for class orientation and testing.  Position and hours based on funding and enrollment.
