• Administrative Office Clerk

    The Administrative Office Clerk is responsible for assisting the Dispatcher and Office Manager with the following: 

    • incoming calls
    • dispatching
    • billing
    • parts orders
    • entering vendor invoices
    • entering daily time for technicians
    • filing
    • reporting
    • other administrative duties.
    This is a full-time job.  Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficiency with MS Office
    • Excellent communication skills.
