    Sales Administrative / Receptionist Job Duties
    • Preparing requested reports
    • Coordinate customer and sales team meetings
    • Provide monthly, daily, weekly reports
    • Book Hotel and  Restaurant Reservations
    • Book Convention Shows
    • Schedule Travel
    • Receptionist
    • Answer Switchboard
    • Must have a Positive Attitude
    • Must be a multi-tasker
    • Must be confidential
    • Must provide positive support to co-workers, and Sales
    • Must provide a Professional Personality
    Experience Needed:
    • 3-5 years’ experience
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Hold a certificate in Microcomputer would be helpful
    • High School Diploma
