Description of duties: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be charged with managing all travel, expenses, calendars & contacts for ADAMS’ Chief Executive Officer, as well as specific administrative duties assigned by the CEO. In addition, the Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for all Contracts/Letter of Agreement (LOA’s) in addition to using CRM software. Also will provide support to other Executives and support the BD/Marketing area as needed. This position will be based out of the Rome, GA office supporting the CEO who lives in Texas. This is a fast paced environment dealing with a CEO who travels extensively. Multi tasking, dealing with frequent changes, and attention to detail is a must! Contract preparation and CRM software experience helpful. This is primarily a full-time position, but there is some flexibility for it being part-time.
