This year\, we conducted a survey of technology and manufacturing executives from Southeast Michigan and across the country to determine their knowledge of Industry 4.0\, or the fourth industrial revolution\, and whether they are ready for the coming changes in the manufacturing industry.\n\nOur goal is to highlight Michigan's potential as a national leader in Industry 4.0. We want to be an advocate for our region's adoption of Industry 4.0 and a springboard for new developments in advanced manufacturing.\n\nThe Outlook\, scheduled to take place from 8:30-11 a.m.\, provides hundreds in the local technology and manufacturing communities an opportunity to connect and network during a strolling breakfast that includes technology demonstrations from Automation Alley's key technology partners.\n\nFollowing the tech demonstrations and networking will be a formal presentation of the 2017 report's key findings and a panel discussion on Industry 4.0-related topics.
