Steering
Committee
The Community
and Economic Development Strategy process is guided by a Steering Committee,
which includes public and private sector representatives
from multiple aspects of the community. The Steering Committee
was established at the beginning of the project to provide
guidance and leadership to the effort. The Steering Committee’s
role is to review reports, provide insights and feedback,
participate in discussions about the future direction
of Rome-Floyd County, and commit to the successful development
of the Strategic Plan. Their participation is been invaluable
to this process.
