Responsible for implementing existing policies, procedures, and systems involving cashiering operations, member service functions, and security procedures. Coordinates, directs, assigns, and evaluates work of all Teller functions. Answers member and staff questions, handles complex transactions and problems, and oversees balancing. Responsible for smooth flow of Teller lines, optimal window coverage, and general training and supervision of staff. Oversees provision of a full range of services to existing and prospective members. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Handles difficult member situations when needed. Performs Teller, Financial Services, or Loan Processing functions when necessary and actively cross sells Credit Union services.
