    Job Description
    Under general supervision, provides direct support for the psycho-social development of students in a residential setting; facilitates student/family access to community services and resources; participates in and provides development training; establishes effective interaction with instructional personnel, students, parents/families, Georgia Department of Education personnel, and community agencies; and performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Eligibility for Georgia certification at the fifth-year level in school social work and Sign Language proficiency at the "Intermediate Level" as measured by the Sign Communication Proficiency Instrument.
