SEWER:
City of Rome, 18" Main parallels the railroad. 12" line serves the site. Activated sludge treatment plant (upgraded in 1986) with a capacity of 18 million gpd. Current use is 12 million gpd. The City of Rome is a state permitting agency for sanitary waste. A pre-treatment ordinance is in place.
GAS:
4"/300 lbs. high pressure main. An 8"/260 lbs. main is located 1/2 mile south of the site and has adequate capacity should more service be required.

Georgia Power Co. 12 KV, 3 phase line. Customer choice applies. Any type service can be made available.
